Technical Support Engineer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or any equivalent degree.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
- coordinate between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
- Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a technical support role.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation and customization.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including database administration and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge in accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes
- Familiarity with cloud server technologies and cloud-based ERP solutions.
