Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Oversee the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Support managers and employees with HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance, evaluations and career growth.
- Handle workplace conflicts and employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize training programs to help employees develop their skills and grow in their roles.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support improvement plans when needed.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, and ensure timely administration.
- Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
- Keep HR and payroll records up to date and generate necessary reports.
- Work with Finance to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to keep company policies updated.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages engagement and productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
