Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Oversee the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Support managers and employees with HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance, evaluations and career growth.
  • Handle workplace conflicts and employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize training programs to help employees develop their skills and grow in their roles.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support improvement plans when needed.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, and ensure timely administration.
  • Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Keep HR and payroll records up to date and generate necessary reports.
  • Work with Finance to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to keep company policies updated.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages engagement and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
