Job Description:
As an ERP Software Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our ERP solutions can enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential clients in target industries and markets.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored ERP solutions.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Deals Closing: Ability to close shortlisted deals with the most appropriate terms and conditions
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP software outdoor sales.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their application in various industries.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of ERP solutions.
- Outdoor Sales Activities: Valid driver’s license and owned car.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific local or regional ERP systems
- Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Fluency in English Language
